Instant Composition details

• clicking on a food item will instantly display the composition data.
• once a food item is added to the diet, the composition of that amount of food is displayed.
• clicking on a meal or day 'marker' will instantly display the composition of that meal or day.

Detailed Analysis Options (Spreadsheet format)

• All Foods... composition details of all foods in the diet.
• Meal Summary... total nutrients from each meal in diet.
• Meal Averages... average nutrient intake from meals, e.g. average breakfast.
• Day Summary... total nutrients from each day in diet.
• Daily Average... average nutrient intake per day.
• FoodGroup breakdown as amounts & as percentage contribution.

Results Exported or Printed

• all results can be exported to a file suitable for importing into a spreadsheet or database.
• all results can be printed.

Management of Food Composition Data

• the food composition data can be edited.
• additional foods can be added (these are kept separate from the main database to avoid problems when updating the composition data)
• foods can be assigned to different foodgroups for FoodGroup breakdown.
