The following table will tell you which food composition databases are compatible with which versions of Diet Cruncher - click on the link to obtain the database.

The Demonstration version of Diet Cruncher includes a limited set of data from the USDA database.

If you purchase the USDA version, unlocking Diet Cruncher allows access to the entire USDA database automatically.

With other versions (NZ and Uk), the database needs to be purchased and imported into Diet Cruncher - this is a simple step-by-step procedure.
